Tenders for Corrigendum : Custom Bid For Services - Coal Shifting At Bhilai Pp3-: Deployment Of Hywa & Poclain With Operator & Helper For Shifting Of Coal: 1. Vendor Has To Deploy One Hywa & One Poclain With Driver And Helper At Nspcl Pp3 As Per Direction Of Eic On As & When Required Basis Which Be Available Throughout The General Shift Or As Per Requirement. If Called In Night Shift One Day Payment Shall Be Made. (in Night Shift Vehicles & Driver S Shall Be Available In The Plant Premises). 2. Coal Shifting, Loading & Unloading (within 1 Km) Is In Scope Of The Agency. 3. Diesel / Lubricants, Other Consumable And Maintenance Of Hywa/poclain Are In The Scope Of The Vendor. 4. Measurement / Payment Shall Be Based On M3 Of Coal Transported As Certified By The Eic. 5.log Book Shall Be Maintained On Daily Basis, Certified And To Be Signed By Eic Or His Representative. 6. Shifting Of Material From One Location To Another Is To Be Done As Per The Instruction Of Eic. 7. All Manpower Required For The Operation Of Hywa/poclain Will Be In Scope Of The Vendor. 8. No Payment Will Be Made If The Job Is Not Completed Due To Vendor#s Fault Like Breakdown Of Hywa/poclain Or Any Other Reason Attributable To The Vendor. 9. T&p's Shall Be Arranged By Contractor, However, If In Case Of Emergency If T&p's Are Issued By Nspcl Same Are To Returned For The Job By Nspcl, Are To Be Returned Back To Nspcl After The Completion Of Job In Good Condition. In Case The Party Fails To Return The Same, Cost Of T & P, Along With Overheads Shall Be Recovered From The Vendor. 10. Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For The Safety Of His Persons And Equipment. Nspcl Will Not Be Liable, Directly Or Indirectly, For Any Kind Of Accident Or Injury During The Execution Of Work By Vendor. 11. Time (hrs.) Will Be Calculated With Reference To The Reporting And Leaving Time At Nspcl Pp-3 Main Gate If Called In Night Hours. (after 6 Pm). 12 The Persons Below The Age Of 18 Years Shall Not Be Deployed On The Work. 13. No Children Of The Workers Will Be Allowed Inside The Plant. 14. The Contractor And Their Workers Shall Follow All Safety Rules, Appropriate To The Work Area, While Working So That There Should Not Be Any Accident Which May Cause Loss Of Life And Damage To Nspcl's Property.
