Tenders for Providing Of Customized Amc/cmc For Pre-owned Products - 140 T Bd Crane - 1) Annual Maintenance Will Be Signed By Railways And The Tenderer Who Taking Responsibility Of Maintenance Of The 140 T Gottwald Bd Crane. Annual Maintenance Contract Means, The Contractor Will Undertake The Maintenance Activity Of The 140 T Gottwald Bd Cranes, As Per The Terms And Conditions Decided. 2) Hydraulic (rexroth) For Both The Undercarriage And The Super Structure. 3) Pneumatics (sab Wabco And Knorr) For Both The Undercarriage And The Super Structure. 4) Gear Drives (lohmann) For The Complete Crane 5) Bearings (fag, Skf, Elges) Complete Check/ Inspection. 6) Slewing Ring (rothe Erde And Rks) Complete Check/ Inspection 7) Auxiliary Engine- Complete Check/ Inspection/repair 8) During Amc Period You Would Cover All The Systems Of The Crane Mentioned Above And Ensure That Each System Is Working Optimally And That The Systems Are Interfacing With Each Other To Provide The Desired Load Capability. 9) While Conducting The Inspections During The Amc Visits, Your Engineers Would Also Be Able To Indicate The Requirement Of The Spares By Identifying Parts That Would Need Replacement Together With Your Staff. In Doing So, We Could Establish A System For Predicting Which Parts Would Be Required And When, Thus Allowing For Proper Planning For Procurement. 10) Labour Charges For Rectifying Defects/failure Will Be Borne By The Contractor
