Transportation Of White Stage Boxes & Lid (h60) From Ofbh To Their Site. 2.at Test After Component Welding(i.e. Corners,handles & Bracket). 3.inner Lid Assembly Painting With Surface Treatment. 4.paint(black) Required For Painting Will Be In Firm S Scope. 5.vaccum Testing Of Samples At Ofbh Premises. 6.phosphating Operation At Their Site With Their Own Arrangements As Per Drawing. 7.powder Coating Painting At Their Site With Their Own Arrangements. 8.gasket Fitting In Lid At Their Site With Their Own Arrangements(except Raw Material And Glue). 9.hot Water Testing Of Boxes At Their Site With Their Own Arrangements. 10. Rectification Of Boxes By Gas Welding/suitable Adhesive If Required With Their Own Arrangements. 11. Packaging Of Boxes (packaging Material Like Polythene Bags/cover For Packaging Of Box Will Be Provided By The Firm) 12. Assistance To Inspection Team Of Ofbh/qc And Qa During Internal And Final Passing Of Boxes. 13. Transportation Of Final Boxes (h60) From The Firm S Site To Ofbh. 14. Any Other Activities Deemed Fit To Meet The Task..
