Pressurising The System By Using Nitrogen. 2. Draining The Libr Solution And D.m. Water Into Empty Drums. 3. Removing The Evaporator Tubes. 4. Replacing The Evaporator Tubes (500 Nos) With New Ones. 5. Again Pressurizing The System With Nitrogen. 6. Carrying Out Thorough Leak Testing Of The Entire System 7. Holding The Pressure For 24 Hrs. For Observing Any Pressure Drop. 8. Hydraulic Testing Of The Entire Tubes. 9. Vacuumizing The System By Using Vacuum Pump. 10. Holding The Vacuum For 24 Hrs. For Observing Any Vacuum Rise. 11. Thorough Internal Cleaning Of The Vam. 12. Charging The Libr Solution. 13. Charging The Fresh D.m. Water. 14. Charging The Lithium Molybdate As Per Requirement. 15. Charging The Octyl Alcohol As Per Requirement. 16. Recommissioning The Machine After Carrying Out The Necessary Tests. 17.
