Tenders for Custom Bid For Services - Conclusion Of 03 Years Rrafor Repairs Of Bascca Sets Amc / Cmc Of Fire Extinguishers-repairs And Servicing Of Breathing Apparatus, Bascca Sets Is As Follows:- (a) Mandatory Repairs And Servicing Work (i) Cleaning And Hydrostatic Testing. (ii) Painting And Stencilling (iii) Refilling Of Breathing Air. (iv) Overall Repairing/servicing Of Each Bascca Set. Each Bascca Set Has To Be Entirely Dismantled And Individual Component To Be Serviced And Checked For Its Performance Level. The Major Components Are Reducer Valve, Demand Valve, Whistle Assembly, Pressure Gauge, Relief Valve, High Pressure Hoses, Low Pressure Hoses And Face Mask. These Components If Possible Are To Be Repaired By Replacement Of Minor Spares Viz. O Ring, Washers, Spring Etc, And If Found To Be Beyond Scope Of Repairs, To Be Replaced. Provide Refilling Certificate, Hydrostatic Pressure Test Certificate And Air Purity Certificate From Authorised Agency And Guarantee Certificate.
