Nature Of Work, The Contractor Shall Carry Out:, I. Diagnostic Inspection And Fault Detection., Ii. Repair/replacement Of Defective Components With Oem/genuine Spares., Iii. Testing And Commissioning After Repair., Iv. Documentation Of Service Performed, Including Ber Declarations (if Applicable)., Equipment List:, As Detailed In The Nit., 4. Repair Location:, I. All Services Shall Be Rendered At Mpsd Premises., Ii. Any Equipment Requiring Off-site Repair Must Receive Written Permission From, Competent Authority., 5. Spare Parts And Consumables:, I. All Replacement Parts Must Be Genuine Or Oem-approved., Ii. Used Or Refurbished Parts Are Strictly Prohibited., Iii. A Detailed Invoice Of Replaced Parts Must Be Submitted Post-repair., 6. Work Completion Timeline:, I. Technician Deployment Within 3 Working Days Of Work Order Issuance., Ii. Repair Completion Within 7 Working Days For General Items., Iii. For Items Requiring Extended Timelines Due To Part Procurement, A Written, Extension Request Must Be Approved By The Competent Authority., 7. Reporting:, I. The Contractor Must Provide A Service Report For Each Item Repaired., Ii. A Consolidated Job Sheet Is To Be Submitted Monthly, Containing Item-wise Repair Details, Technician Remarks And Part Replacement Logs.
