Power, Transmission, Industry (cement, Fertilizers), Transportation (railways), Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Water And Defense With Over 180 Products Offerings To Meet The Needs Of These Sectors. 2. Scope Of Work: 1. Total Qty.-10636 Tech Hrs. (confirm Qty. 9291 Tech Hrs. + Anticipated Qty.- 1345 Tech Hrs.) 2. Initially The Work Order Shall Be Awarded For Confirm Qty. To The Contractors. 3. Preparation Of Wooden & Thermocole Segments Planning, Template Making & Cutting Segments Of Desired Size. Provision For Machining Operation & Drafting Allowance Should Be Kept. C. Construction Of Pattern And As Per Lay Out & Riser Screwing, Nailing, Dovelling & Layer Formation D. Assembly Of Pieces And Segments. E. Hand Finishing Through Hand Files And Sand Paper F. Machining (milling, Turning) Of Patterns For Profile & Diameter Preparation G. Machine Finishing Of Pattern With Disc Sander, Bobbin Sander Etc. H. Putty Finishing Of Pattern. I. Marking Of Riser, Ingate & Chill Location In Pattern & Core Box. J. Self-inspection Preparation Of Dimensional Report Of Patterns K. Repair And Modification Of Old Patterns.
