Tenders for Custom Bid For Services - Works Contract For Multiple Sand Handling In Foundry-work: Multiple Handling Of Sand Within Foundry Block For Mould / Core Preparation. 1. Total Qty.-13226 Tech Hrs. (confirm Qty. 11554 Tech Hrs. + Anticipated Qty.- 1672 Tech Hrs.) 2. Initially The Work Order Shall Be Award For Confirm Qty. To The Contractors. 3. If The Anticipated Qty. Is Confirmed, Then It Will Be Awarded To The Contractors Also. Multiple Sand Consist Of: - I. Shifting Of Fresh Sand From Sand Store To Sand Plant. Ii. Handling Of Refractory Bricks, Sleeves And Part A, B & C. Iii. Shifting Of Black Sand From Shop To Sand Plant Area. Iv. Shifting Of Prepare Sand From Sand Plant To Moulding Area. 1. Arrangement Of Fresh Sand (white) And Sieved Sand (black) In Sand Plant Of Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. This Consists Of Following Work I. Shifting Of Fresh Sand (white) Bags From Sand Storage Area To Sand Plant Area, Through Wheel Barrow, Bins And Tractor Trolly. Wheel Barrow, Bins And Tractor Trolly Will Be Arranged By Foundry Division, Bhel, Bhopal. Ii. Shifting Of Sieved Sand (black) Form Sieving Area To Sand Plant Area (steel, Ferrous And Non -ferrous) Through Bins And Crane. 2. Opening Of Packed High Silica Sand Bags And Handling Of Fresh (white) Sand In Sand Plant Of Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. 3. Handling Of Sieved (black) Sand In Sand Plant Of Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. 4. Loading / Charging Of Both Fresh Sand And Sieved Sand In Sand Mixture Machine Of Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. 5. Unloading Of Prepared Sand From Sand Mixture Machine In Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. 6. Shifting / Handling Of Prepared Sand From Sand Plant To Moulding Areas Of Steel, Ferrous And Core Shop Area. 7. Above Work Has To Be Done By Unskilled Labours..
