Following Is The Brief Scope Of Job: I. Equipment Coverage This Contract Shall Be Utilized For Carrying Out Rope Access Inspection Of Following Assets Of Hpcl Visakh Refinery Basis Mobilization Notice: A. Tall Vertical And Horizontal Vessels B. Columns, Reactors, And Towers C. Storage Tanks D. Pipe Racks E. Stack Structures, Chimneys, And Flare Systems F. Any Other Elevated Or Difficult-to-access Structural Assets As Instructed By Hpcl Ii Activities To Be Performed By Vendor In A Shift Using Rope Access Method A) Visual Inspection (vt) B) Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (utg) C) High-resolution Photography Or Videography Of Inspected Surfaces Iii Rope Access Requirements A) Deployment Of Certified Irata Level Iii Lead Technician And Level I Or Ii Assistants As Per Job Complexity. The Requirement Whether To Deploy Level I Or Level Ii Assistant Shall Be Decided By Vendor Basis The Requirements Provided By Hpcl Eic In Mobilization Email. B) Adherence To International Rope Access Safety Standards (e.g., Irata, Iso 22846) C) Use Of All Certified Ppe And Access Equipment (harnesses, Descenders, Fall Arrestors, Etc.) Iv Documentation & Reporting A) Daily Activity Log Including Areas Covered, Team Deployed, Hours Worked. B) Inspection Reports With Photographic Evidence And Measurements. This Shall Contain A Summary Of Anomalies Or Defects Identified. C) Submission Of Draft Report, Within 7 Days From Date Of Inspection. D) Submission Of Final Report, Within 7 Days From Date Of Acceptance Of Draft Report By Hpcl Eic..
