Faulty Or Poorly Maintained Gse Poses A Direct Risk To Personnel, Aircraft, And Ground Assets. Servicing Ensures That All Mechanical, Hydraulic And Structural Components Function Safely And As Intended. Scope Of Work: 1. Ladder Frame To Be Inspected And Weld Joints For Cracks For Deformation And It Is To Be Repaired. 2. Anti-slip Steps, Handrails And Safety Locks To Be Inspected And To Be Rectified/changed. 3. Caster Wheels Are To Be Checked For Wear, Lock Function And Lubrication And All The Faulty Parts Are To Be Repaired/changed As Per Condition Of The(f) Equipment. 4. Brake Function And Tow Hitch Mechanism Is To Be Checked And To Be Repaired/changed As Per Condition Of The Equipment. 5. Rust To Be Removed Where Required. 6. Hoses And Fittings Are To Be Inspected For Leaks And Damages And Thoses Are To Be Repaired. 7. Filters Are To Be Changed If Required. 8. Cylinders Are To Be Checked For Cracks And Are To Be Repaired. 9. Structural Integrity Of Frame And Platform Is To Be Checked And Repaired As Per Requirement. 10. Wheels Are To Be Checked For Alignment Or Any Other Bearing Issues Anfd Same Is To Be Repaired. 11. Parking Brake Is To Be Checked Along With The Towbar Assembly And Is To Be Repaired As Per Requirement. 12. Load Securing Hooks Or Rails Are To Be Checked And To Be Made Operational. 13. Reservoir Is To Be Checked For Contamination And Fuel Level 14. Hand/foot Operations Is To Be Checked And Made Serviceable. 15. Dispensing Hose Nozzles And Fittings Are To Be Checked And Are To Be Made Serviceable. 16. Straightness And Structural Integrity Of Bar Is To Be Checked And Same Is To Be Rectified If Required. 17.
