Tenders for Providing Of Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/equipments (version 2) - Ship - Automatic Moisture Drainer Unit Of Both Hp Air Compressors (qty - 02) Has Been Found To Be Malfunctioning Resulting In Excessive Moisture Deposition In Hp Air Bottles. Following Additional Defects Observed:- (a) Demister Plates Of Pressure Chamber Of Drainer Unit Found Deteriorated And Drain Port Chocked Due To Rust Deposition. (b) Auto Drain Solenoid Defective. (c) Timer Control Block Of Auto Drain Valve Defective. (d) Wiring Circuit Not Showing Continuity. The Defects To Be Rectified And System To Be Proved For Satisfactory Operation Through Competent Firm. Inway Jobs Include Renewal Of Defective Pressure Chamber And Defective Electronic Components.
