After Obtaining The Ptw, Open The Manhole Doors. 2. Entering Inside, Clean And Remove All Remaining Ash Inside Silo. (this Work Involves Manually Removing All Ash Around 5 To 10 Tons Before Actually Inspecting The Fluidizing Pads.) 3. Open All The Fluidizing Pads (118 Nos. Approx.) 4. Clean All The Fluidizing Pads. 5. Replace All Damaged Fluidizing Pads. 6. Repair/replace All The Non-return Valves. Change The Orientation Of Non-return Valves If Required. 7. Thoroughly Inspect Inside Of The Silo And Replace The Damaged Parts. 8. Thoroughly Inspect Fluidizing Air System Associated With Silo. 9. Close The Manhole Doors.
