Tenders for Custom Bid For Services - Implementations Of Industry Four Point Zero At Ferrous And Non Ferrous Area At Msf.-work To Be Carried Out: 1. Commissioning And Development Of Dashboard For Central Monitoring Of Process Parameter In Ccs, Acs & Extrusion Section At Non-ferrous Area And Pinaka, Gms-ii & Hms Section At Ferrous Area. The Following Parameter/data Will Be Shown And Monitoring In The Central Dashboard: A. Monitoring Of Actual Temperature & Current For Existing All Furnaces At Ccs Section And Record The Real Time Data For Generation Of Various Records. B. For Cnc Machine Parameter To Be Shown I.e. Run Time, Ideal Time, Breakdown Time Etc. And Maintenance Data Like Lubrication, Hydraulic Oil Level Low, Vibration Monitoring, Temperature Monitoring Etc. C. For Convention Machines, Parameters To Be Shown I.e. Run Time, Ideal Time, Breakdown Time Etc. And Maintenance Data Like Lubrication, Hydraulic Oil Level, Temperature Etc. In Conventional Machine, It Is Required To Introduce External Sensor/devices And Micro Plc For Above Data Fetching. .d. For Press Parameter To Shown I.e. Run Time, Ideal Time, Breakdown Time Etc. And Maintenance Data Like Lubrication, Hydraulic Oil Level Low Etc. E. Part Counting Data From All The Machines To Be Shown In The Central Dashboard. F. Central Dashboard To Be Connects With Msf Intranet And Up To 25 Concurrent Viewing Facilities To Be Provided. Development Of Report Generating Facility As Per Requirements I.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis Based On Data Logging Facility. 3. Development Of Different Levels Of Access With User Name And Password Protection In Central Dashboard. 4.
