Iocl Representative May Be Called Up For Joint Inspection At Vendor Workshop 1.2 Vendor Shall Produce Detailed Inspection Report And Recommendations For Repair/replacement Of Parts 1.3 Spares Like Impeller Seal, Bearing Housings, Bearings May Be Replaced If Required, Payment For Spares Shall Be Paid In Extra 1.4 Vendor Shall Arrange For Blasting And Painting For Rotor Parts As Required And As Per Tlt Guidelines 1.5 Vendor Shall Assemble Rotor 1.6 Dynamic Balancing Of Rotor Is Required To Be Carried Out And Detailed Report Shall Have To Be Submitted. Any Jobs Required For Successful Dynamic Balancing Has To Be Done By Vendor (payment Is Inclusive In Refurbishment) 1.7 Vendor Shall Provide Dynamically Balanced Ready For Installation Rotor. Any Job Not Mentioned In Scope Of Work Shall Have To Be Carried Out By Vendor For Successful Refurbishment Of Rotor (except In Case Shaft Or Impeller Replacement) 1.8 Vendor Shall Carry Out Necessary Maintenance At Their Workshop And Send Rotor Back To Iocl Bgr Along With Documents Required As Per Approved Qap Vendor Shall Submit Detailed Qap For Review By Iocl And Also Offer For Thorough Inspection By Iocl For Dismantled Parts And Assembly Of Rotor 1.9 Transit Insurances For Rotor For Travel Towards Bongaigaon Refineryin Included In Vendor Scope.
