The Quantities Mentioned In The Contract A Re Indicative Only, With No Minimum Guaranteed Quantity. Please Refer To The Clause 3.1 Of The Sbd P Art-ii. The Bidder Shall Quote Rate Per Man-month For The First Year Only. The Contract Rate Per Man M Onth Shall Be Payable For One Year From The Date Of Issue Of Rate Contract For Man-months Utilized Du Ring The First Year. An Escalation Of 10% Over The Contract Rate Shall Be Payable To The Contractor In T He Second Year For Man-months Utilized During The Second Year. A Further Escalation Of 10% Over The Contract Rate Of The Preceding Year Shall Be Payable To The Contractor For Man-months Utilized During The Third Year And Any Further Extension Thereof Of The Rate Contract.
