Tenders for Sugar Handling Work In Sugar Mill--the Contractor Shall Take The Bags Filled With Sugar From The Dairy House With His Own Resources And Stack Them In All The Godowns Of The Factory Upto The Height Of 1 To 55 Bags. If Required, To Make Space For Storing Sugar In A Warehouse, Remove The Bags Of Sugar From One Place And Stack Them Upto The Height Of 55 Bags At Another Place In The Same Godown. The Contractor Shall Take The Bags Filled With Sugar From One Godown To Another With His Own Resources And Stack Them. If Required, Load The Bags From The Dairy House With The Help Of Mill Resources And Stack Them In The Godowns Of Central Warehousing Corporation, Bajpur. If Required, Load The Bags Filled With Sugar In The Truck And If The Bags Fall From The Godown And Get Torn From The Side During Loading, Stitch Them Immediately And Load Them. Loading Work A. Stitching And Weighing The Torn Bags Of Sugar In The Mill Godowns And Stacking Them Upto The Height Of 20 Bags/40 Bags. A. Sorting The Wet Bags At The Time Of Loading And Stacking Them Upto The Height Of 20 Bags/40 Bags. A. Stacking Upto The Height Of 16 Bags/32 Bags As Per Requirement To Make Space For Storing Bags Of Sugar In The Dairy House. A. Sorting The Dry, Semi-moist And Moist Bags From Any Pile And Stacking Them At A Different Place In The Same Godown. A. Taking Brown Sugar, B.i.s.s. And Sweeping Sugar Etc. To The Place Of Melting. A. Sweeping The Godowns As Per Requirement And Collecting The Scattered Sugar And Filling It In Bags And Cleaning The Godowns. Keeping Clean. As Per Requirement, Re-wrapping Of Tarpaulin Removed From Sugar Bags Should Be Done. It Will Be Necessary To Keep The Black Polythene Etc. Removed From The Sugar Godowns At The Appropriate/designated Place And Also To Clean The Galleries Of The Godowns. As Per Requirement, The New/old Sugar Stored In The Godowns Should Be Kept Covered With Tarpaulin Continuously. The Stacks Of Sugar Bags In The Godowns Should Be Covered With Tarpaulin And Removed As Per Requirement. The Old Tarpaulins Should Be Washed, Dried And Folded And Kept At The Designated Place.
