The Supplier Shall Pack The End Wall In A Suitably Design Ed Returnable Fixture In Such A Way That End Wall Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, T Wisted During Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Su Rface. It Should Be Seperated By Suitable Environment Friendly Blocks To Avaoid Rubbin G Of Two Endwall Surfaces . It Should Have Standard Clamping /fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firm's Identification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along With End Wall Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exch Anged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contact, The Firm Shall Col Lect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strenght To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Sets Of End Wall. 4. The Fixture /frame/pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed End Wall Preferably Remain In Vertical Position To Minimize Surface Area. 5.
