Tenders for Designing, Supplying, Erecting, Installing In Proper Alignment & Position, Commissioning And Testing Of D.i. Pressure Reducing Valve Shall Be Hydraulically Operated, Diaphragm Actuated, Pilot Operated Control Valve Which Should Reduce Higher Upstream Pressure To Lower Downstream Pressure Regardless Of Fluctuating Demand Or Varying Upstream Pressure. The Valve Shall Be Double Chambered Oblique Y/globe Pattern Valves With An Inherent Separating Partition Between The Lower Surface Of Diaphragm And The Main Valve, A Raised Seat Assembly - Having Solid Guided Plug With Elastomeric Nbr/epdm Sealing Element. Peripherally Supported Diaphragm Shall Be Isolated And Not Be Direct Sealing Contact Part (non-weir Type) To Stop Water And Close The Valve. Valve Control System Must Include Regulating Pilot, Cock Valves, Filter & Pressure Gauge. Including All Leads And Lifts Etc. Completed, Third Party Inspection, Quality Control Charges, Transportation To Work Site Excluding Gst Levied By Goi & Gom, & As Directed By Engineer In Charge.
