Job Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools And Tackles, Jigs And Fixtures, Lifting Arrangements, Electrodes, Welding Equipment, Pmi Machine, Machineries, All Consumables, Labour Etc. And Supervision To Complete The Work In All Respects As Per Drawings And Direction Of The Engineer-in-charge, Including Area Preparation, Taking Clearance For Hot Jobs, Area Cleaning After Completion Of Work, Flushing Wherever Required. The Scope Includes All Necessary Jobs (including Weld Buid Up) Required To Restore The Flange Face Finish As Per Asme B16.5/ B16.47 As Per Drawing Specifications. The Machined Surface Flatness And/ Aarh, As Applicable, Is To Be Maintained As Per Prevailing Codes And Standards. Contractor To Identify The Flange Metallurgy For Electrode Selection Required For Weld Build Up. Contractor Has To Execute Weld Build Up Jobs Under The Inspection Of Inspection Department Iocl Refinery. After Completion Of Work, The Flange Has To Pass Through Pressure Testing.
