The Contractor Shall Coordinate Implementation Of His Daily Work Activities, Working Hours, Throughout The Construction Period With The Client And The Supervising Engineer. B. The Contractor Shall Make The Necessary Tools, Electrical Extension Boards Etc. To Prevent Interruption In Work Performance. C.the Contractor Shall Take All Necessary Measures To Protect And Minimize Environmental Hazards Including Pollution, Noise, Dust Etc . D. Contactors Are Advised To Visit The Site Before Quote The Offer To Understand The Site Conditions. E. All Tools & Tackles, Machinery, Manpower Or Any Kind Of Resource Needed Into The Execution Shall Be Vendor's Responsibility And Any Cost On This Part Shall Be Deemed To Be Inclusive In Item Rates Itself And No Claim Shall Be Accepted In This Regard. F. Safety Is Prime Motive; Contractor Has To Ensure All Safety Measures Without Any Reasons. Contactor Will Implement Safe Mode Of Working Only. G. Housekeeping Of The Site Is Contractor's Responsibility, And It Is To Be Ensured On Daily Basis. H. Rate Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of All Other Heads Like Materials,labour, Tools & Tackles, Plant & Machinery And Others. I.
