Tenders for Farmer Change Agent (fca) Will Have Up-graded Skills In Residue Management Technology And Would Be Available In The Cluster Of Villages To Advice Farmers. The Fca Will Be Provided Special Opportunity For Up-gradation Of Skills Through Regular Trainings, Study Tours And Visits To Saus/icar Institutes During The Crop Season. Since Fca Will Provide A Vital Link Between Kvk, State Line Departments And Demonstrating Farmers And Other Farmers At Village Bahadurpur, Brah Khurd And Ahirka. It Is Essential To Select Experienced But Young, Progressive And Practicing Farmers Who Are Not Looking Forward To This Assignment As Per Need And Collect Data Of Three Villages' Farmers Under Crm Project. The Qualification Of Fca Will Be Senior Secondary/high School & Experience In Farming.
