Dismantling Of Complete Column Pipes, Enclosure Pipe, Shafts, Impellers Etc.6. Complete Dismantling Of Back-up Acw, Fire Hydrant /spray And Raw Water Pumps.7. Issue And Shifting Of Spares From Store To The Site.8. Repairing And Replacement Of Worn Out Parts And D.p. Test Of Spare Parts, Impellers, Shaft And Sleeves, Bearing Housing Etc.9. Cleaning Of All Column Pipes And Enclosure Pipe And Painting With Black Paint.10. Painting Of Top Column Pipe, Motor Skirt & Motor With Blue/smoke Gray Colors. Painting Of Bearing Cooling Water Line And Discharge Pipe Of Back-up Acw, Fire Hydrant /spray And Raw Water Pumps With Green Paints.11. Assembly Of Pump As Per Oem Guideline And Shifting Of Motor On Its Skirt.12. Alignment Checking Of Pump And Motor Coupling.13. Coupling Of The Pump After Motor Trial.14. Removal Of Log Gate After Screen Fixing. 15. Commissioning Of The Pump & Trail. Terms And Conditions: 1. The Contractor Shall Have To Arrange All Men, Machine, T&p, Consumable, Dp Test Kit Including Entire Qty. Of Blue/green/ Black Bituminous Paints Of Shalimar/berger/asian Brand At Their Cost. 2. Completion Period: Within 8 Days For Each Pump From The Date Of Handling Over.3. Payment Terms: 100% Payment Shall Be Released After Successful Overhauling And Commissioning Of Each Pump, Within 45 Days.4. Penalty Terms: Penalty Shall Be Imposed @ Rs. 1000/- Per Day Or Part Thereof Due To Delay In Work But Limited To 10% Of Order Value If Delay In Completing The Work.5. Mobilization Period: Firm Has To Mobilize His Team & T&p For Start Of Work Within 7days After Intimation From Engineer-in-charge Otherwise Penalty @ Rs. 500/- Per Day Shall Be Imposed Till Start Of Work.6. Guarantee: Complete Overhauling Work Is To Be Guaranteed For Minimum 06 Months Against Spurious Paints And Poor Workmanship.7. The Contractor Will Have To Provide All Necessary Safety Appliances To His Workers Engaged And He Will Be Fully Responsible For Safety Of His Workers.8. Contract Period One Year. All Men Power, Tools Tackles, Chain Pulley Block, Measuring Instrument, Welding Machine, Cutting Set, Grinders Consumable Material Rustolene, Welding Electrode, Grinding Stone, Teflon Tap, Paints Etc.
