Annunciator Power Supply Module (220 V Dc Dc Converter), Installed On The Annunciator Panel Of The Ganvi Power House Stage 1, Make: Procon Instrumentation. The Scope Of Work Shall Include The Following Activities And Components:1. Detailed Inspection, Fault Diagnosis, And Functional Assessment Of The 220 V Dc Multi Stage Power Supply Module, Including Checking For Voltage Regulation, Filtering Stages, And Isolation Circuits To Identify Defective Or Burnt-out Components.2. Replacement Of All Damaged Or Deteriorated Components Such As Capacitors, Transistors, Ics, Connectors, Or Equivalent Electronic Parts With New Or Equivalent Components Of Suitable Ratings And Manufacturer-approved Quality.3. Thorough Testing And Calibration Of The Repaired Power Supply Module, Verifying All Intermediate And Final Stage Voltage Outputs, And Load-bearing Capability To Ensure Compliance With The Original Design Parameters.4. Execution Of Full-load Performance And Endurance Testing At The Power House After Repair, Ensuring Stable Operation And Satisfactory Performance Of All Annunciator Functions Under Service Conditions.5. Reinstallation, Wiring Reconnection, And On-site Commissioning Of The Repaired Power Supply Module, Including Verification Of Proper Signal Integration With The Annunciation System.6. The Quoted Rate Shall Include All Necessary Tools, Testing Instruments, Labour, Transportation, Consumables, And Incidental Materials Required For Successful Completion Of The Job To The Satisfaction Of The Engineer-in-charge.
