Drawings Should Be Kept For Manufacturing Of Tools., The Item Should Be Made As Per Drawing Maintaining All The Technical Conditions., Item Should Be Supplied With Manufacturing All The Special And Standard Details In Assembly Condition., Test Reports Specified In The Hal Drawing/application Like Metallurgy/function/process Etc Should Be Obtained From The Authorized Certification Bodies/ Agencies Which Should Be Supplied Along With Items., Two Copies Of Inspection Recird Sheet (irs) Indicating All Dimensions Obtained (one Copy Alongwith Invoice And Other Copy To Be Kept Inside The Suitable Packing Box To Tool)., Tool No Should Be Marked On Every Piece As Per The Tool Nos Indicated In The Purchase Order., Item Should Be Packed Preserved & Supplied In Suitable Box., If Any Special Process Like Plating/coating/ Oxidation Involves, The Vendor Has To Provide Respective Certificate From Nabl Or Govt Approved Agency, In Case Of Any Deviation / Rejection Found During Final Inspection/acceptance, Party Should Rectify/ Replace The Same Free Of Cost Immediately., Final Inspection / Acceptance Will Be At Hal Koraput., Hsn Code & Gst % For The Offered Item.
