Tenders for A)retrofit/up Gradation Of Existing Schneider Make Plc And Scada/hmi Systems Installed At Rtps-unit 8 Dpmrhs.b)the Bidder/agency Shall Be Required To Supply The Materials As Per The Technical Specifications And Quantity Mentioned Under The Head Of Technical Specifications.c)the Bidder/agency Shall Be Required To Install And Commission The Supplied Materials In The Existing Plc Control Cubicle Itself By Retaining Existing Ipr(interposing Relays),mcbs And Tbs.d)the Bidder/agency Shall Be Required Study The Existing Software/logics Incorporated In The Plc/scada System, Further To Carryout Re-engineering Works, Software/logics Development Based On Customer/site Requirement And Also For The Assessment Of Additional Accessories Required To Complete The Retrofit/upgradation Works In Complete Manner.e)it Is The Single Point Responsibility Of The Bidder/agency To Carry Out The Works In The Stipulated Time Period.f)providing Required Power Supply Will Be Under The Scope Of Kpcl Itself.g)t&p And Any Other Consumable Materials Required For The Work Will Be Under The Scope Of Agency/contractor Only.h)before Quoting The Bid, It Is Compulsion To Visit The Site For The Assessment And Studying The Site/customer Requirement.i)storage Of Materials While Executing Works Is Single Point Responsibility Of Contractor/agency Scope Itself.j)the Agency Shall Be Required To Handover As Built Drawings And Software Backup Cds (os,application And System Software) Along With O&m Manuals 04 Sets.k)materials Supply Shall Be Completed In All Respect Within The Stipulated Period As Per The Contract. Unloading Of Materials At Rtps Site Location And Shifting Of The Same To Work Location Is Under The Contractor/agency Scope Only.l)handling, Shifting, Unpacking And Erection And Commissioning Of The Entire System Shall Be Under The Scope Of Bidder Itself.m)all Required Consumables, Hardware And Licenced Software, Accessories And Any Other Materials Which Are Not Included In The Scope And Required For Successful Installation And Commissioning Of The Retrofit/up Gradation Of Existing Dpmrhs Plc System Of Rtps Unit-8 To Latest Version Will Be Under The Contractor/agency Itself.n)all The Materials Required For The Installation And Commissioning Of Up Gradation Of Existing Dpmrhs Plc System Of Rtps Unit-8 To Latest Version Shall Be Made As Detailed Under The Technical Specifications And Shall Be Installed And Commissioned As Per The Scope Of Work.o)warranty-all The Materials And Other Equipment Covered Under Supply Portion Shall Cover A Warranty For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Commissioning Or 18 Months From The Date Of Supply.warranty-all The Materials And Other Equipment Covered Under Supply Portion Shall Cover A Warranty For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Commissioning Or 18 Months From The Date Of Supply. Any Faulty Items/spares Observed During This Period Shall Be Replaced At Free Of Cost.
