Tenders for Custom Bid For Services - Servicing Of Programming Units; Scope Of Work: (1) The Scope Of Work Is Non-comprehensive And Includes Servicing, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Works Of The Programming Units Of Plcs And Drives Of Smes, Conveyors And Transport Crawlers Of Mine-i, Ia & Ii. (2) Total No Of Programming Units 6 Nos. Each In Mine-i, Ia & Ii. (3) Any Software Programming For Features Or Application Installation, Periodical Up-gradation Of The Antivirus Software And System Up-gradation Software And Release For Plcs And Drives, To Cope Up With System Compatibility And Improvement Shall Be Done At Site At No Extra Cost Whenever Required. Maintenance Of Engineering Software Is Not Covered In The Scope. (4)twenty Four Suitably Spaced Visits In Two Years For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance (minimum One Visit Per Month) Shall Be Carried Out. Break Down Calls Shall Be Attended As And When Intimated At Free Of Cost (without Any Limitation). (5)the Firm Shall Take Up The Repairing Of The Failed Equipment After The Approval & Concurrence Of The Estimate By Competent Authority. (6)the Spares Shall Be Replaced In Case Of Failure And The Fault In The Programming Unit Shall Be Rectified As Given In The Schedule. (7)in Case Of Any Phasing Out / Obsolescence Of The Spares, Alternative Equivalent Product Shall Be Provided By The Firm. (8)recovery Of Data Lost In Case Corruption Of Software Will Be On Chargeable Basis As Per The Claim Made By The Contractor.
