Check And Clean Dust Collector Check And Reset V Belt Tension. Change The V Belt If Worn Out. Change External Seal Kit-2t & 4t. Check Mechanical Structure And Parts For Damage Repair/eplace If Required. Check Rubber Sleeves And Hose Pipes For Damage. Change If Equired Check For Noise, Vibration Etc. While Operation And While Owing Full Hydraulic System Check For Leakage, Clogging Of Filters, And Pump Function Close Loop Operation To Be Done To Remove Dirt Particles In The Ystem 10. Check Pneumatic Parts And Pipe Lines For Damage And Leakage. Carry Out Rectification/replacement. 1. Check All Gauges For Proper Functioning. Carry Out Repair/ceplacement If Required. 2. Check The Condition Of Battery. 3. Check The Cable Connections At Starter, Alternator And Battery For Their Tightness. 4. Check Function Of All Switches And Indicators. Carry Out Rectification/replacement If Required. 5. Check All Bulbs, Tube Lights And Led Indicators For Damage/unserviceable. Carry Out Rectification/replacement, If Required. 6.
