Tenders for Auction Sale Of - Commercial Publicity Rights Advertisement Through Installation And Operation Of Double-sided Led Screen On The Outer Boundary Railing Of The Varanasi Railway Station, Lucknow Division. The Display Of Advertisement Will Be Visible On Both Right And Left Side Of The Screen. The Dimension Of Each Led Screen Will Be Of 3 Ft X 6 Ft. The Total No Of Double-sided Led Screen Will Be 14 Units & The Total Area Of Advertisement Will Be 3 Ft X6 Ft X14=252 Sqft As Per Attached Site Map. Licensee Shall Install Poles And All Supporting Structures Required For Mounting The Led Screens At Their Own Cost. All The Structures Will Be Installed In View Of The Aesthetics Of The Building Arranged In A Symmetrical Way And Should Be As Per Site Layout Plan. The Licensee Should Submit The Blue Print Of The Work Before Physical Execution Of The Work. The Licensee Must Adhere To All Safety & Railway Regulations. Licensee Has To Display The Railway Related Information As Per Provided By The Division From Time To Time.
