Tenders for Auction Sale Of - Commercial Publicity Rights Are Proposed Through The Installation And Operation Of Double-sided Led Display Screens At Identified Locations Within The Lucknow Railway Station Premises, Specifically In Front Of The Reservation Office And Near The Parcel Office. Each Led Unit Shall Be Double-sided, Enabling Advertisement Visibility On Both The Right And Left Sides. The Size Of Each Led Screen Shall Be 3 Ft X 6 Ft. A Total Of 28 Double-sided Led Screens Shall Be Installed. Accordingly, The Total Advertisement Display Area Shall Be 504 Sq. Ft. (3 Ft X 6 Ft X 28 Units), As Per The Approved Site Layout Plan.the Licensee Shall Install All Poles, Mounting Frames, Electrical Fittings, And Supporting Structures Required For The Led Screens At Their Own Cost. All Installations Shall Be Executed Keeping In View The Aesthetic Appeal Of The Station Building, Arranged In A Symmetrical And Orderly Manner, And Strictly In Accordance With The Site Layout Plan Approved By The Railway Administration. Prior To Execution, The Licensee Shall Submit Detailed Blueprints, Structural Drawings, And Installation Methodology For Approval By The Competent Authority. The Licensee Shall Comply With All Applicable Safety Norms, Statutory Requirements, And Indian Railways Rules And Regulations During Installation, Operation, And Maintenance Of The Asset.the Licensee Shall Also Display Railway-related Information, Public Notices, And Messages As And When Required By The Division, Without Any Additional Cost.
