A Copy Of The Registered Trademark Certificate And A Detailed List Of Operational Outlets Shall Be Submitted To The Sr. Dcm Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Date Of Signing Of The Bid Sheet/letter Of Acceptance. Failure To Comply With The Above Requirements Within The Stipulated Time Shall Result In Termination Of The Contract, And The Earnest Money Deposit (emd) Shall Be Liable To Forfeiture By The Aco.
