(5) Dismantling And Cutting: Permitted Upto Lorry Loadable Size. Precautionary Measures To Be Followed At The Time Of Dismantling/cutting/delivery To Avoid Damages To Railway Property. Dismantling To Be Carried Out From The Current Concrete Flooring Level Only Without Causing Any Damage To The Floor Concrete, Other Fixed Structures, Or Any Other Railway Property. Proper Safety Measures Must Be Followed During The Dismantling Process, Including The Use Of Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (ppe) And Adhere To All Standard Safety Procedures. Necessary Permission May Be Taken From Sr.dee/trd/sbc For Block As Ohe Live Wire Is Within 10 Mtrs. (6) Neighboring Undeclared And Nfs Items Shall Not Be Disturbed. (7) Bidders Are Allowed To Pay Balance Sale Value In Instalments As Applicable Under Uniform E-sale Conditions And Depot Conditions I.e, 1 Instalment For Lots Upto Rs.5 Lakhs And 2 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.5 Lakhs And Upto Rs.15 Lakhs And 3 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.15 Lakhs.
