Tenders for Auction Sale Of Others - Total Qty. = 28 Nos., Description - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Block Nos.: 56/1-8, 57/1-10, 662/1-4, 687/1-4(26 Units, Type-i) And 656/1-2(02 Units, Type-ii) With Total Plinth Area Of 903.94 Sq. Mtrs., Including Ac Sheet Roof. Remarks:- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish Concrete Flooring And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. (electrical And Water Supply Fittings Also Not Included In Auction, Hence If Found May Be Returned Back To Store Holder). (3) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. (4) Any Hidden Material Like Rails, Beam Etc Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. (5) Rail Post In Fencing & Purlins Are Offered For Auction. (6) Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Fencing, Pvc Doors & Asbestos Ceiling. The Same Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder If Found.
