Officials. 7] Purchaser Shall Ensure That Dismantling Work Does Not Affect Or Endanger Safety Of Life And Property In Near Vicinity.8] No Explosives Can Be Used For Demolishing, 9] Custodian / Engg. Official Has To Ensure That Debris Arisen Out Of Dismantling To Be Cleared By Purchaser In Proportion Of Delivery Of Released Materials And He Will Invariably Certify In Sale Completion Report That All Debris/waste Etc. Generated Has Been Cleared By Purchaser And The Land Is Made Clean, Clear And Level For Further Use, 10] Materials Will Be Sold On "as Is Where Is" Basis.
