Tenders for Set Of Side Wall Sheet Assembly For Vande Bharat Ndtc Coaches., As Per Drawing: Mp25savbndtc Version 0, Packing Instruction: 1. The Supplier Shall Pack The Side Wall Set (minimum One C/set ) In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture(as Per Drawing No Icf/j&t/misc-2201 Alt. `e?) In Such A Way That Side Wall Shell Not Get Scratched, Damaged ,twisted During Transportation ,storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface. It Should Be Wrapped With Environment Friendly Material And It Should Have Standard Clamping/fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firm's Identification Mark . 2. First Returnable Fixture Along With Set Of Side Wall Shall Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contract , The Firm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strength To Bear Approx 4 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of One Coach Set Of Side Wall. 4. The Fixture/frame /pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed Side Wall Remain In Vertical/slanting Position To Minimize Surface Area And To Avoid Road Bumps.
