Loading Point Is 50 Metres Kutcha Road Approx. Away From Lot And Cutting Materials To Be Lifted Manually. If Loading Is Done By Hydra It Will Be 10 Metres Approx. Between Lot Materials And Loading Point A Big Nullah Exists. All Materials Have To Be Lifted By Hydra And Shift To The Loading Point. Any Equipments Required For The Loading And Cutting Purpose The Same Should Be Arranged By The Purchaser. 2. Utmost Care Should Be Taken While Shifting Cut Materials Upto Loading Point 3. The Delivery Of M.s. Ferrous Will Be Made On Actual Weighment Basis Only At The Nearest Govt.approved Weigh Bridge. The Items Mentioned In The Description Only Will Be Delivered. 4. Materials Like Electric Wires, Fittings & Cables And Other Such Kind Of Materials If Available Inside The Tank Premises The Same Should Be Returned To The Stockholder. The Items Used In Fencing Around The Structure Such As Rail, Tie Bar, Jali, Stone, Bricks, Wooden Pillar Or Any Other Items And Similar Type Of Material Lying Nearby The Structure/lot Will Not Be Delivered. 6. Two Tank Wagons Are Lying Next To The Lot. The Same Is Not In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. 7. Dismantling& Cutting Is Allowed For Easy Loading Purpose At The Risk & Cost Of The Purchaser. 8. Dismantling Is Permitted Upto Ground Level Only. 9. The Purchaser Should Ensure That Duringdismantling& Cutting Operation No Nearby Structure/building Should Be Affected And Take Necessary Care/safety Precautions To Avoid Any Mishap As Well As Damage To Railway Property. 10. The Purchaser Will Be Fully Responsible If Any Accident/unusual Incident Occursatwork Site/placeduring Dismantling. 11. Train Operations And Other Railway Work Should Not Be Disturbed/affected. 12.
