(3) Delivery To Be Made On Number Basis Only. (4) Road Approach Available.(5) Bidders Are Allowed To Pay Balance Sale Value In Instalments As Applicable Under Uniform E-sale Conditions And Depot Conditions I.e, 1 Instalment For Lots Upto Rs.5 Lakhs And 2 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.5 Lakhs And Upto Rs.15 Lakhs And 3 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.15 Lakhs.
