Nb: [3] Special Condition For Rolling Stock- A) All Excluded Materials Including Wheel Sets And Bogie's Fittings Are To Be Handed Over By The Purchaser At The Nominated Location For Which They Have To Arrange Labour /tools/ Equipment For Loading Of The Excluded Items From Cutting Site And Then Transport To Nominated Location By Their Own Arrangement/vehicle. They Have To Unload And Stack The Excluded Materials By Their Own Arrangement Including Labours And Hand Over The Same To: -(i) Sse 27-28 Trolley, Coil Spring, Screw Coupling, Buffer Sets Etc.
