Pre-qualification For Tenderers A) Firms Who Are Having Facilities For Heavy Fabrication And Who Have Executed Similar Works Shall Only Quote. B) The Required Raw Materials Shall Be Sourced Through Reputed Sources Such As M/s. Sail, Tisco, Isp&t, Ismt, Jindal, Msl, Kalyani, Tata Or Their Authorized Dealers. Tenderer Shall Furnish Mtc For Raw Materials Including The Source. C) The Tenderer Should Have Qualified Welders For Manufacturing And Supplying Water Cooled Roof On Time. They Shall Also Produce Certificates Of Qualified Welders On Their Rolls. D) The Tenderer To Submit A Detailed Qap As Indicated To M/s. Tpi Ii. Scope Of Work For Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing And Supply Of Water Cooled Roof. A) Submission Of Raw Material Procurement Invoice From Reputed Source To M/s. Tpi Before Commencement Of Work. B) Welding Sequence Plan, Selection Of Electrodes Of E-7018 Quality Of M/s. Advani Oerlicon/l&t/esab/meta Fusion/weld Craft/ador Only. C) Submission Of Drawings Of Jigs And Fixtures Proposed To Be Used. D) Marking, Sizing And Surface Preparation.
