Tenders for Auction Sale Of Others - Lot Consisting Of Slag Cake Kept All Over The Lot Area With Or Without Embedded Ferrous And Refractory Items And With Or Without Other Material.note: (1) Purchaser Has To Collect This Material And Put In One Place Under Supervision Of Nominated Supervisor After Deposit Of Balance Sale Value. Loose Ferrous Items Such As Wheel Cuts, Axle End Cuts, Risers, Rail Cuts, Pipes, Angles, Channels, Rods, Sheets Etc. And Non Ferrous Items Are Not Permitted For Delivery. Collection Of The Material Will Be Done From One End Only As Per Delivery Direction. (2) Purchaser Are Requested To Take Sufficient Safety Measures While Loading And Purchaser Should Arrange All Safety Equipment For Workers Engaged While Loading Into The Trucks (3) Oxy-cutting Of Big Pieces Of Slag Cake Beyond Truck Body Size Will Be Permitted To Accommodate The Same Inside The Truck. (4) Delivery On Actual Weighment Basis (5) Loading Shall Be Done By Purchaser At His Own Cost. (6) The Purchaser Can Inspect The Material On Or Before Auction (7) Prior Delivery Schedule Shall Be Obtained By The Purchaser From Rwp/bela.
