Tender For supplyin and placing furniture in 2 nos temporary courts at judicial court complex abohar - table 8x4 for judgesupplying & placing executive table with credenza unit and pedestal in completely knock down conditions with an overall size 2400mm x 1200mm x 750mm that is to be assembled at site. the worktop shall be 43mm thick having the combination of 18mm pre-laminated particle board with approved laminate and shade as top and 25mm medium density fibre-board as base top. the worktop shall have the size 2400mm x 1100mm having the profile in rectangle shape and the edges (top) shall be sealed with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable pvc that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree celsius and deco paint with half round post form edges along with grooves (base top). the top shall be supported on 4 nos. of ss pipe strips having size 230mm x 60mm x 15mm. the table shall be clad with 48mm thick modesty panel which provide structural support for the table. it should be 48mm thick pre-laminated particle board in linear shape with appropriate pvc edge banding. there shall be buffers provided to avoid to avoid scratches on the floor as well as uneven surfacing. the credenza unit shall have the size 1600mm x 500mm x 670mm. it should be made up of pre-laminated particle board of grade ii of is 12823 with top 25mm thick, drawer base 9mm thick and other parts 18mm thick like shutter, back, facia, side panel etc. it shall have 5 drawer and operated with the assistance of ss handle and easily close & open with roller channel ball bearing channel to enable smooth operation. the drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be synchronized locked with one single key. pedestal shall be provided with an overall size 400mm x 500mm x 660mm. it should be made up of pre-laminated particle board of grade ii of is 12823. pedestal side, back, facia shall be 18mm thick & drawer base shall be 9mm thick. it shall have 3 nos. of drawer having same size and operated with ss handle and easily close & open with the assistance of roller and ball bearing channel to enable smooth operation. the drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be locked with one single key. the pedestal shall be mounted on injection moulded nylon castor. the board used should meet international standard of quality, indian standard is 12823 grade ii should meet long time load bending, screw-withdrawal strength, modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity bending tested as per is 2380, premium chair for judgessupplying and placing ergonomically designed, comfortable & aesthetically appealing high back chair. the seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed plywood with hr polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m upholstered with black leatherite tapestry with 0.8mm thick and 535 gsm and the back shall be supported by metal insert ms crca chrome plated with hr polyurethane foam 12mm thick having density 23kg/m upholstered with black leatherite with 0.8mm thick and 535 gsm.tthe armrest shall be used cushion arm completely joint with seat and back. the chair shall have synchro tilt revolving mechanism with single position locking and tilt tension adjustment. the pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height upto 120mm with bifma standard class-3 gaslift to suit them using the lever under the seat. the gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ansi/bifma x5.1-2011 standards. the pedestal shall be made up of ms crca chrome plated having pitch circle dia 700 mm fitted with 5 nos. 50mm twin wheel castors which shall be made of injection moulded black nylon 30% glass filled having self lubricating property for friction free movemen with bifma standards. the seat size shall be 490 10 mm(w)x490 10 mm(d) and back size shall be 640 10 mm(h) from seat & overall height = 1095 10 mm., table for steno/reade
