Tender For bid to ras providing of custom bid for services - custom bid for services - hrm assisting in preventive maintenance-1.0 assisting in preventive maintenance in hrm mechanical , the following works are to be carried out through-out the contract period , 2) preventive maintenance jobs based on daily monitoring basis: , a) daily monitoring of all hydraulic pipelines and attending the leakage (fitting changing, damaged , "o" ring changing, pipeline crack welding, etc.). , b) dally monitoring of sm top housing servo valve stand to identify moog & servo valve block , seating 'o' ring damage to avoid oil leakage. , c) daily monitoring of sm equipment like side guide, pinch roll hydraulic cylinder, feed/table roll , rotation, non-rotating rolls for jamming / bearing damage, air leakage identification and arresting. d). daily monitoring of internal cooling valve system condition, removal of steam locking in pipeline , and damaged hose (water) changing. , 2) assisting in mill equipment downtime / delays: , during equipment downtime/delays in hrm mechanical area, proposed man power shall be utilized to restore the mill at the earliest possible time. they will also be utilized for carry out observation / inspection points noted during rolling time to ensure equipment availability. , 3) area jobs (re-heating furnace, roughing mill, steckel mill, down coiler) a) re-heating furnace jobs , 1) rhf charging/discharging gear box connecting drive shaft flange bolts checking/changing. 2) rhf charging/discharging door chain guide roll greasing & chain greasing. , 3) rhf charging/discharging arm gearbox oil level checking & coupling bolts checking. , 4) rhf charging/discharging arm liner bolts tightness checking & replacement. , 5) rhf zone valves (gas & air) servicing & greasing. , 6) any other jobs assigned by qa/ea. , b) roughing mill jobs , 1) rm approach roller table rolls, front and rear mill table rolls, gear coupling welding. , 2) rm edger lower & upper fixed beam fixations changing. , 3) rm edger upper and lower fixed beam worn out portions build up by welding & grinding. , 4) rm main drive spindle balancing guide block fixation checking. , 5) rm main screw down screw clutch spring tension adjusting, cleaning & lubrication. , 6) rm uj joint cover bolts & flange bolts checking & changing. , 7) rm work roll cooling nozzle flushing and changing. , 8) rm work roll wiper pad changing. , 9) cobble pusher arms alignment., 10) cobble pusher extended platform repair work like uprooted support beam, web welding in case of , break down along plate pushing. , 11) crop shear gap/overlap adjusting locks servicing. , 12) crop shear side guide line plate groove welding. , 13) crop shear side guide repositioning during t bar hitting. , 14) any other jobs assigned by oa/ea , c) steckel mill jobs , 1) sm dust removal apron position / welding , 2) sm entry & exit retractable roller table roll cooling pipe checking, damaged pipe changing, both , side vertical apron groove welding, coupling welding. , 3) sm entry/exit side guide cross spray damaged nozzle changing and damaged/uprooted nozzle , block changing/welding. , 4) sm entry/exit cross spray diaphragm valve servicing/changing. , 5) sm entry/exit deflector rolls bearing housing fixation tightening and shim addition. , 6) sm entry/exit flap and bottom plate assembly fixation tightening and elongated bolts changing. 7) sm guide synchronizing shaft fixations checking / changing. , 8) sm main drive shaft cooper bearing fixation tie rod fixation, gulding block bolts tightening , 9) sm pinch roll de-scaler roll to hydraulic cylinder lock checking and welding/changing. , 10) sm pinch roll split apron repositioning & base stool welding. , 11) sm roll cooling flushing by removing all nozzles from zone i & ii & fixing back. , 12) sm wobbler liner plate bolts, wobbler to uj bolts tightening and uj to drive spindle flange bolts , tightening.. , 13) sm work roll

Tender For comprehensive annual maintenance contract of total 13nos. of split type ac and 2 units duct ac installed at control room, turbine floor and generator hall at lph and chief office, hospital and guest houses located at talakalale and kargal 577421, sagar talluk, shimoga dist,karnataka.the scope of contract shall be to keep the air conditioners in normal working condition. attending to all breakdown and preventive maintenance of acs at lph, talakalale, kargal office,ib & hospital without any delay.the contractor shall supply and install the parts found defective for satisfactory maintenance of acs without any delay during the contract period as per the schedule list of spares. the contractor shall note down the equipment & accessories that are in service in present system.contract will be comprehensive in nature and maintenance and supply of spares, consumables and any component that is needed to keep system in healthy working condition is automatically covered in the scope of contract.compressors shall be replaced only when the existing compressor is found irreparable.spares to be provided for maintaining continuity of work.the successful service provider has to maintain ready stock of requisite spares in good condition throughout the comprehensive annual maintenance contract period to facilitate immediate replacement of defective parts.preventive maintenance for air conditioners.preventive maintenance shall be provided at least once in 3 months during prime shift hours of coverage at no extra cost. the firm shall monitor the performance of the systems, monitoring and cleaning, topping up of refrigerant gas, greasing of moving and running equipment, cleaning of filters etc., and give a report to the executive engineer(o&m)lph division head, kpc ltd.,breakdown maintenance for air conditioners-the agency should attend to all the breakdown call promptly & immediately.however in extreme case, if the spares not available immediately, repair shall be carried out within 2 weeks. efforts shall be made to rectify the system within 2 weeks. during the contract period the firm shall supply and install all parts found defective for satisfactory maintenance of air conditioners at no extra cost. it is the responsibility of the firm to bring all components to working condition. any leakage of gas in the piping/system shall be attended by the agency. filling up of refrigerant gas is also included in the scope of work. all repairs/rewinding/services related to the air conditioning system, electrical circuits, stabilizers, compressors or motors and all the accessories connected to ac system etc., are covered under comprehensive annual maintenance contract. all the spares and compressors are under the responsibility of the firm during contract period.replacement of defective parts-the firm shall supply and install all parts found defective during the comprehensive annual maintenance contract period in respect of acs at their own cost. original spares and compressors shall be used during contract period. in case of suitable replacement not available for defective components of air condition plant the firm shall undertake to provide a higher version components at no extra cost and the defective parts and components shall be handed over to kpcl.contract will be comprehensive in nature and maintenance and supply of spares, consumables and any component that is needed to keep system in healthy working condition is automatically covered in the scope of contract. compressors shall be replaced only when the existing compressor is found irreparable.
