Tender For water cooled panel no.1 {type-e}as per rwf drg.no.771200111330 & special conditions. note:supplies shall be guaranteed for quality, workmanship and performance for minimum period of 12 months from the date of fitment. i) pre-qualification for tenderers. a) only manufacturers fo electric arc furnaces or their sub contractors who manufacture structuals for oems of electric arc furnaces shall only quote. such tenderers shall also produce evidence of having supplied the same. b) the required raw materials shall be sourced through reputed sources such as m/s sail, tisco, isp&t, ismt, jindal, msl, kalyani, tata. tenderers shall furnish mtc for raw materials including the source. c) the tenderers should have sufficient qualified welders for manufacturing and supplying the water cooled panels on time. they shall produce certificates of qualified welders on their rolls. d)the tenderersshall submit a detailed qap as indicated below on receipt of order. ii) scope of work for manufacturing, testing and supply of water cooled panels. a] submission of raw materials procurement invoices from reputed sources to m/s. rites. b] welding sequence plan and selection of electrodes - e 7018 quality of m/s. advani/l&t/esab. c] submission of drawings of jigs and fixtures proposed to be used. d] marking, sizing and surface preparation. e] preparation of weld joints. f] welding by qualified welders. g] stress relieving, time temperature graph shall be enclosed. f] non-destructive testing of weldments. test certificate shall be enclosed. i] pressure testing shall be done at 10 kg/cm2 for 2 hours and the water cooled panels shall be free from any water leakage. j] painting of water cooled panels by one coat of red oxide paintfollowed by two coats of heat resistant aluminium paint. k] a metal tag shall be tack welded on the outer surface of the panel in the centre location containing manufacturers name, po no. and date for identification for traceability. l] dispatch of water co [ warranty period: 12 months after the date of delivery ]
