Tender For custom bid for services - bmc of ddcmis at ntpc auraiya pr no 200136175-ntpc auraiya power sta on (augps) is a combined cycle gas/naphtha fired power sta on having an installed capacity of 663.36 mw. it has a microprocessor based distributed digital control, monitoring & informa on system (ddcmis). the power plant has "diasys netma on" control system which is supplied and commissioned by mhi japan- maintenance of ddcmis & its associated peripherals at ntpc auraiya. the maintenance work includes the following:- 1.following items are covered under regular maintenance as per oem/oes guidelines or as per instruc on of eic (engineer-in-charge):- a)mul ple process sta on (mps): the mps receives data from the plant, process it based on the control logic, and sends appropriate control signals to the plant. b)accessory sta on (acs): the acs stores the plant data collected by the mps at a specific interval (such as trend and event). c)operator sta on (ops): the ops is a human machine interface for monitoring & controlling the plant. d)engineering & maintenance sta on (ems): the ems allows to design (create) and maintain the func ons related to controlling the plant. the ems is used to create the logic to be loaded into the mps, create the plant graphics to be displayed on the ops, or perform other tasks. e)dcpc: data collec on personal computer for storing & taking system backups on external media. f) master clock g) power supplies h) ethernet hub / lan switch and lan cables i) firewall j) printers k) lvs l) dedicated ups for ddcmis peripherals m) other components of the ddcmis, if any. note: wherever cleaning is required, supervision of the cleaning shall be done by the amc maintenance engineer. 2.responding to breakdown calls on any of the above equipment and repair/replace any defec ve component/card required for con nuous smooth working of the ddcmis. 3.troubleshoo ng hardware related issues and repairing the fault at site itself. in case replacement is needed, the same is to be done and card configura on/ programming to be done wherever required to restore the ddcmis system healthiness. 4.replacement and configura on/ programming of mul ple process sta on (mps) as required. 5.logic/mimic modifica on and uploading the same in mps as per instruc on of eic. 6.taking system/ data backup of various applica ons / systems as per oem recommenda ons. storage the backup in external storage media and handing over the same to ntpc as per instruc ons of eic. 7.ddcmis related assistance during unit startup / shutdown. 8.required spares & consumables for performing maintenance ac vity covered under this contract shall be under ntpc scope and shall be provided by ntpc at no cost to contractor. however, faulty spares/components to be returned by amc engineer to ntpc & record to be maintained. 9.for regularly carrying out the maintenance job, one specialized manpower (amc engineer) to be deployed at augps during the en re contract period for at least 8 hours every day excluding holidays
