Tender For corrigendum : replacement of security equipment installations at dmde office complex under ge i rnd kanchanbagh, hyderabad - supply and fixing of electric fencing - 520 rm as specified below as per site requirement including taking down existing fencing with all connected accessories viz. energizer, boom barrier, hydraulic tyre killer, turnstile gate, swing lane barrier, fencing posts, fencing wire, insulators, door frame metal detector etc, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge., (a) general description(a) this scope involves, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a non-lethal high security. electrical fencing for the purpose of deterrence, detection, and movement control of people / unwarranted trespassing into the premises for 520-meters perimeter length.(b) anyone who touches the power fencing when the system is armed shall be repelled by a short, sharp, painful, but safe pulsed dc high voltage shock. alarms shall be generated when someone touches, tries to climb through or tampers with the power fencing system., (c) the electric fencing shall be divided into two zones.(d) this system should be able to alert security personnel of an attempted intrusion and identify the zone around the perimeter of the site.(e) the electric fence is to be installed on the existing wall and the height of the fence will be 1.1 meters from top of the wall with 11 nos. of fence wires having 100mm gap between adjacent wires and it measure 1mtr.(f) electric fence posts are to be hot dip galvanized., (g) distance between strain fence posts spacing shall not exceed 50-meter nominal.(h) distance between intermediate fence posts spacing shall not exceed 3-meter nominal.(j) the electric fence shall incorporate uv stabilized intermediate post insulators.(k) warning signs shall be mounted around the fence line at intervals not exceeding 10m or at every turn on the physical fence.(l) dual zone fence energizer shall be installed to create 2 zones at site., (m) one dual zone led keypad shall be connected to fence energizer for local control and programming purpose.(n) a touchscreen controller should be placed in control room. fence energizer should communicate with touch screen controller over rs485 network.(o) the space between adjacent wires on the electric fence shall be no more than 10cm.(p) anti-climb configuration at strain points shall be provided. electric fence wire shall be looped around the strain post and connected back onto itself.(q) all high voltage impulse wiring shall be run in conduit separate from any other wiring.(r) the fence energizer shall be mounted in the weatherproof enclosure.(s) the energizer should comply with iec 60335-2-76 and is302-2-76 standards., (b) technical specification (electric fence system):energizerthe fence energizer should have the following minimum features: energizer should be dual zone with independent zone control. energizer should communicate with control room on rs485 network. energizer should have lcd display with background colours which changes according to the status of the energizer. green colour should indicate that all is fine, orange indicate that attention is required and red indicates an alarm condition., energizer should display the following information when specific codes are inserted from keypad: fence health on a scale of 1 to 9 for each zone independently, fence output voltage, fence return voltage, energy stored, capacity used and battery voltage. output energy 3.7 joule with 500 ohms load. pulse interval 1 sec. pulse duration should be less than 0.1ms. energizer should have apt - adaptive power technology functionality. which means the energizers should offer a unique technology to detect how much power a fence can accept and handle before it starts to arc and waste energy. this maximises the power on the fence and minimises false alarms., individual high voltage transformer for each zone. magnetic tag switch should be provided for on/off the ene
