Tender For custom bid for services - barauni monsoon contract 2025 for chp st-1 & st-2-1. provision for the deployment of sufficient nos. of usw /sw to cover the contingent type of work during the rainy season on round the clock operation as directed by the eic or his representative. 2. contractor has to supply manpower as per requirement and direction of eic or his representative, to meet the exigency of rainy season as per following works i) cleaning of chutes in transfer points ii) removal/cleaning of spilled coal in & around the tps due to chute jamming/ overflowing. iii) removal of spilled coal at yard & rail track iv) covering & uncovering of stackyard with ldpe sheets v) handling & transportation of ldpe sheets from store to site & site to store vi)manual yard levelling with the help of belcha & fawda etc. for proper spreading of ldpe sheets vii) any other work as per eic. 3. manpower can be deployed as per plant requirement at chp st-1 & chp st-2 in shift and general shift at any area within plant premises with instruction of eic or his representative, sufficient manpower shall be deployed in usw category in each shift & work have to be carried on all days throughout the contract period including sunday and other holidays as per direction of eic. 4. for removal/cleaning of spilled coal over rail tracks in coal yard area due to heavy rain or any other work related to monsoon exigencies. 5. manpower deployment will be strictly restricted to the actual requirement and direction of eic on short notice. 6. covering of all coal yards with ldpe sheets provided by ntpc, fixing of sheet with coal filled bags & uncovering for reclaiming, stacking & dozering operations. again covering of yards just after finishing of above operations daily round the clock including sunday and g.h. in three shifts & also during rain. 7. each yard require approx. 5000 nos. of new empty cement bags to cover the coal by ldpe sheets. so contractor has to supply 10000 nos. of good quality cement bags to execute the covering of all yards by ldpe sheets during monsoon 10.10: deptt <> man.dep-sw 1. 01 nos manpower shall be deployed in sw category with atleast 2 years experiance for supervision of above works as per boq 10.10 & work has to be carried on all days throughout the contract period including sunday and holidays. agency shall provide 01 no qualified, suitable, and experienced persons as safety supervisor to manage all safety related matter on site relating to the works in accordance with ntpc safety circulars 789 &792. as per boq total man days required is 240 man days. 2. the area supervisor will report to the respective shift charge engineer at the beginning of the shift and deploy manpower to different locations as per the instruction of shift charge engineer. the area supervisor shall remain in contact with sce to execute contingent type of work. 3. supervision for removing spillage coal, clearing of chutes due to jamming of wet coal, coal spillage at rail track. 4. supervision of manual yard levelling before covering of coal with polythene sheets. 5. supervision of uncovering of coal from specified area for reclaiming as per direction of eic/sce & again covering immediately after reclaiming activity. 6. supervision of polythene sheets which are not utilized in yard covering, to be kept at suitable place in folded condition. 7. supervision of covering of coal in all the yards thoroughly especially after stacking or as per instruction of eic or his representative. 8. it will be responsibility of supervisors to get the work done by labours during heavy rain up to the satisfaction of eic/sce. 9. supervision of extinguishing fire in the polythene sheets with water jet round the clock. 10. safety supervisor shall ensure all the safety aspects like use of ppes, torch & hand lamps, permit to work if required & proper isolation of equipments, before start of work and during the work. 11. list o
