Tender For custom bid for services - 30 mw & 14 mw tg miscellaneous works at nspcl-bhilai power plant-2- 10.10 tmstu61bd000 steam tur(bearing pedestal)attend defect: 1. take permit to work from concerned person., 2. remove control valve linkages, oil piping and other connections from the pedestal., 3. remove front pedestal top cover., 4. clean front pedestal housing., 5. take measurement as per instruction of eic. (involves checking of pinion shaft/gear, assembly, main oil pump gear wheel, gov. assembly & checking the backlash of gears.), 6. attend the defect/trouble shoot the problem in front pedestal as per instruction of eic., this includes the following work beside defect attending as per instruction of eic., 7. dismantle pinion shaft and record the alignment w.r.t to the gov. assembly., a) dismantle mop (main oil pump) bearings and gear., b) do servicing of mop and replace damaged items., c) dismantle governor assembly (consists of gop-governing oil pump and other, elements)., d) do servicing of gop and replace damaged items., e) assemble mop and governor assembly., f) put governor assembly in position., g) do alignment of the pinion shaft w.r.t to governor assembly., h) put electronic over speed shaft (pinion shaft) in position., i) put mop assembly in position., j) record backlash of gears and if requires, do adjustment., 8. measure the clearances of first three rows of oil gland fins & its servicing, 9. assembly of oil gland segments (new or old) and setting of clearances., 10. after the work, box up front pedestal top cover., 11. link control valve linkages, oil piping etc., 12. do rig test for setting governing characteristics., 10.20 tmstu56oh000 steam tur (bearings) serv- 1. take permit to work from concerned person., 2. remove control valve linkages, oil piping and other connections from the pedestal., 3. remove front pedestal top cover., 4. check bearing interference, toc, soc etc., 5. remove turbine front bearing top & bottom halves., 6. do the dpt and ut of turbine bearing., 7. check thrust bearing pads and do dpt, ut and blue matching., 8. check toc, soc, bearing interference of bearing after servicing., 10.30 tmstu01bd794 steam tur (<=30mw#) repl-gland- 1. removal of first 2 rows of hp front steam gland segments., 2. servicing of (new or old) gland segments and springs., 3. measurement of dimensions and machining of gland segments if required., 10.40 tmtgs01bd701 turbine gov. sys (<=30mw#) maintenance- i) attending passing defect in four nos. steam control valves, ii) servicing of two nos. hydraulic servomotors (including relay gear) of control valves, iii) inspection & servicing of speed governor and setting its governor characteristics (rig test)., iv) inspection & servicing of cies valve (left & right)., 1. ensure ptw from concerned person., 2. breaking of insulation around steam control valves & removal of debris from site., 3. dismantle linkages and decouple all four nos. control valves from spring box assembly, 4. remove spring box assembly from position., 5. dismantle bonnet bolts & remove all four control valves., 6. check blue contact / kerosene test of plug with respective seats., 7. do lapping of all control valves, replace plug/other components, if required., 8. assemble all control valves and tighten bonnet bolts., 9. servicing of cies valves (left & right), 10.servicing of spring box assembly hinges & pins etc., 11.place spring box assembly & couple all control vales with spring box., 12. servicing of two nos. hydraulic servomotors of control valves., 13. servicing of primary relay oil cylinder for checking for excessive draining of oil. replacement of relay gear power, piston if needed., 14. servicing of secondary relay., 15. servicing of linkage., 16. replacement of steam leak-off and impulse line pipes as per eic instruction. dp test of welding joints are to be, carried out., 17. inspection of speed governor, assessment of its component s healthiness, repl
