Tender For corrigendum : provn of 02 in nos bore wells alongwith associated items at icgs mundra - material and labour for drilling of 02 nos pilot/trial bore by direct rotary rig method including all t&p through any kind of starta (soil, kankar, boulder or soft or hard rock) down up to 150 m depth below ground level by using suitable drill bit according to levering of casing pipe including the cost of mud pit, channels, etc and disposal of soil obtained to a distance not exc. 1 km away complete all as specified. note:- (i) the drilling shall be continued up to specified depth and in case sticky clay occurs in between the drilling must be stopped and hydrologist of gws & sb shall be contacted & eggr-in-charge shall be informed.(ii)cost of this consultant shall be borne by contractor (iii) taking the samples from the bore well cutting for every 3 meter interval and every change in strata if less than 3meter. (iv) preparation of litho logs based on these samples.(v) drill time log to be prepared and prescribed., (vi) aquifer performance tests at constant discharge with draw down and recovery reading.(vii) after completion of pilot bore, the contractor shall have to arrange for electro eater logging test of each bore.(viii) contractor have also produced bore well water test report for drinking water parameters before levering of motor and pump.(note:- if water quality not found fit for domestic purpose use then all other connected items of trial bore will not be executed.) , supply assembling, jointing, lowering and fixing in the bore hole pvc casing pipe of nominal dia 315 mm (medium well) ,10 kg/cm2 working pressure, confirming to is 4985-2000 including providing pea gravel of 8 mm to 4.6mm size for packing around the casing/slotted pipe in bore well all as specified and directed. make: astral/ashirwad/ajay/sfmc, all as per item no 2.00 above but slotted pipe. , supply, assembling, jointing, lowering lead free pvc column pipes of nominal dia 65 mm, od 75 mm (min), non toxic, pressure 16 kg/cm2 with and including top and bottom adaptor (ss) and accessories like epdm ring and double ss stud all as spd and directed by engineer-in-charge. make: astral/ashirwad/ajay/sfmc, development of tube well with compressed air by means of air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 300 cfm and over pumping using suitable capacity pump to make available water free from turbidity complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge., m & l for conducting yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 24 hours by using a submersible pump set to determine safe pumping yield and produced water test report of samples which is collect every hour complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge. [ all arrangements for yield test shall be made by contractor and cost for the same borne by contractor ], supply and fix ms reducer, bail plug, top cover made of 3mm thick ms plate for bore well in two half sections having a hole of 75 mm bore in centre to accommodate pvc pipe and submersible cable suitable for fixing to the pvc casing pipe top, electric logging and simple strata box including provision of 2 sets of ms clamps made of 50x6mm ms flat including nuts, bolts, etc. including one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge., supply, install, test and commissioning of submersible pump stainless steel body electric driven with submersible motor, water lubricate, 3 phase, 10.0hp (appx) 415 volts, 50 hz with suitable submersible electric motor suitable for discharge of 2 liters per second against total head of 125m in the bore complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
