Tender For supply, installation, testing & commissioning of set of indoor type vcb panel of 22 nos (06 nos i ncoming, 15 nos outgoing and 01 nos bus coupler) as per enclosed "cee/grc's specification no.- el/con/33 /11/6.6kv/6 kvvacuum-cb/1/2015", rated voltage 12kv, normal current 1250 amps, rated short circuit brea king current ( aginst clause 1.3 of annexure a of referred specification) shall be 40 ka. impulse test voltage (pea k) of 75kv and power frequency test voltage of 28kv (rms) shall be applicable in clause 1.6 of annexure a of ref erred specification. the enclosure shall provide at least the degree of protection ip 53. the oem's type test certif icate of switchgear for extended mechanical endurance class m2 and extended electrical endurance class e2 as per iec 62271-100 are to be furnished along with supply of materials. vcb panels shall be provided with a com mon bus bar set of 2 bars of size 100mmx12mm per phase. busbars will be made out of electrolytic copper of 9 9.9% purity. cts, pts and all other accessories shall be provided as per clause 4.2 to 4.4 of annexure a of referr ed specification. tri-vector meter, ammeter and voltmeter mentioned in clause 4.4 shall have digital display and shall be of modbus rs 485 port, accuracy class 0.5s as per is 15959 latest, power supply -230v ac. microproc essor based numerical protection relay, in addition to clause 4.4 & 6.2 under annexure-a, shall have 4 nos. selec table idmt curves for current-time characteristics. it shall have lcd display to display settings, trip records and also real time & date. it shall record 30 trip records with time and date & shall be provided with modbus rs485 po rt to communicate trip records and protection setting. battery charger and battery under clause 5.0 of annexure a of referred specification will not be required and is not covered under scope of supply. cable glands of stainles s steel are to be provided for all the cable entry holes, cable glands will be suitable for entry of cable and terminati on of armor of cable. cable entry for shall be from bottom only and for this- removable gland plate of thickness 3 mm (minimum) shall be provided as per drawing approval. 44 nos. of insulating mats of class b type conformin g to is 15652 latest, 1.5m (minimum) length & width are to be provided. 02 nos. earthing terminals are to be provi ded on each panel. all fasteners shall be of stainless steel. all meters, indication lamp shall have individual name plate on the front panel. necessary spares should be supplied as per attached annexure -c. the technical data sheet (annexure-b) must be submitted duly filled by the tenderers. work involves removal of existing sf6 & vc b panel including civil work as per annexure-ii. removed vcbs shall be shifted to place as directed by the consi gnee within 1 km. the price shall include transportation of vcb panel to the work site including all loadings and u nloadings without causing any damage of materials. designs/ drawings shall be submitted as per clause 5.1 to 5 .6 of referred specification and also the following for approval of dy.cee/ws /kgpws. a) technical data sheet b ) fully dimensional general arrangement drawing complete with plan, elevation and sectional views, location of ca ble entry for incoming and outgoing feeders. c) complete bill of material clearly indicating nos., rating, make, mod el no etc. of all components/ subassemblies/bought-outs etc. d) foundation drawing and cable entry details. e) s chematic wiring diagrams for all power, control, protection and indication circuits. f) manufacturers' catalogue/ tec hnical literature etc. for numerical relays and other bought-out items. tc & gc as per irs terms & conditions sh ould be supplied along with the material. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
