Tender For providing of custom bid for services - 200134226 maintenance contract of ci systems and equipments for fgd area at ntpcunchahar stage4 for one year- 10) maintenance contract of c&i systems and equipments for fgd area at ntpc-unchahar stage-4. 10.10 item service code no.: cipna00gn400 desc:- removal & remounting of pneumatic actuator(diaphragm type or power cylinder type) will consists of any combination of following activities: 1. removal of pneumatic connections and required instruments like solenoid valve, limit switch, afr, positioner, pft etc from actuator and decoupling from valve after ensuring proper isolation from process side. 2. removal of actuator from its position. 3. transportation of actuator from its location to a safe place. 4. remounting the actuator after clearance from mechanical maintenance. 5. re-fixing /replacing the related accessories removed earlier as per point no-1 above and restoring pneumatic connections including cable dressing, copper tubing, tagging etc. 6. final operation checking from local & control room (fgd ddcmis system) after calibration and feedback adjustment. defect liability period: 01 week 10.20 item service code: - cipna00gn106 des:- checking/pm of pneumatic control system pneumatic actuator (diaphragm type or power cylinder type) and its mounted accessories, will consists of any combination of following activities: a) checking/pm of solenoid valves mounted on pneu. act. i. check solenoid coil physical and electrical healthiness and tightness of terminals if required ii. clean its external parts. iii. check & adjust air supply pressure as per requirement iv. check tightness checking of all parts. v. energize with correct voltage and see solenoid valve operation if required as per instruction of area in charge. vi. if solenoid valve is not working or coil resistance is not adequate replace solenoid valve or coil and check operation. vii. tighten checking of wires at terminals & at junction boxes. b) checking/pm of positioner and position feedback transmitter mounted on pneu. act. i. check & adjust supply pressure as per requirement. ii. clean its external parts of positioner and check its operation, if necessary, as per instruction of area in charge. iii. if required, connect pneumatic test signal at i/p, 0.2 kg/cm2. adjust positioner zero adjustment spring, till actuator comes to zero position. adjust 4ma o/p of pft with zero pot. iv. raise pneumatic test signal to 1.0 kg/cm2 and adjust span of positioner, till actuator reaches 100% position. adjust 20ma o/p of pft with span pot. v. repeat steps ii to iv till the required repeatability is achieved. vi. tighten terminals at junction boxes. c) removal and restoration of c&i connections as per requirement during unit shutdown or as per requirement. i. removal of accessories like solenoid valves, positioner, i/p converter, air lock relay, air filter, air filter regulator, limit switch, position feedback transmitter, volume booster, pneumatic lines, etc. ii. keeping all accessories safely at suitable location. iii. restoration of all accessories removed and connection of air lines as per original scheme. iv. checking of functioning of actuator after restoration of connection. v. calibration / adjustment of complete system if required. d) checking/pm of i/p converter/smart positioners if any i. adjust supply pressure as per requirement. ii. check ma input to i/p converter/smart positioner. iii. check i/p converter/smart positioner o/p with portable gauge. it should correspond to its characteristic, if not, remove it and send to c&i lab for calibration/repair. iv. bring i/p converter/smart positioner from c&i lab and fit it in line. v. connect ma signal and normalize the system. vi. tighten terminals at junction box. e) checking/pm of regulating type actuator operation. i. check and adjust supply air pressure as per requirement of respective actuator. ii. set demand to 0% from control room after taking p
