Tender For custom bid for services - provision of standby pump and associatedworks at main water supply pump house at af station samana-1. supply, installation and commissioning of submersible pump set 30 hp having discharge of 1650-500 lpm and head 47-78m electric driven 415 v, tp suitable open well (outlet size for 80*65mm dia) supply and install complete inclusive of 20 meter long 25 sqmm 3 core flat submersible cable, chain for supporting and taking out set mounting arrangement. nos 01, 2. supply, install, testing and commissioning and testing factory made and tested (including cpri type test certified) lt feeder pillar box (kiosk) outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 hz ac supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 350 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. the panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm crca ms sheet 75mm x 30mm thick ms channel frame, duly powder coated finish. front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shitter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal. the scope of work includes pcc foundation and provision of the following :- incoming (a) mccb 4 pole 200 amps, 36 ka, 415 v - 01 nos (b) bus bar aluminum strip 400 amp, 4 pole, for in comp supply - 01 nos (c) digital panel meter including cts - 01 no outgoing (a) mcb tpn 40 amp 6 ka, 415 v 50 hz - 02 nos (b) mccb tpn 80 amp 16 ka, 415 v 50 hz - 01 no (c) star delta starter panel with suitable thermal overload protection, sppr, overvoltage, overcurrent and surge protection for 30 hp - 02 nos (d) low water level motor cutoff sensor with wire 20 mtr - 02 nos (make gic or slect control pvt ltd.). each 01, 3. supply and fix pressure guage upto pn-40 rating all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. each 10, 4. supply and fixing hdpe pipe 90 mm dia pn 16 pressure rating with connected items all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. rm 15, 5. supply and fix, gi sluice valve confirming to is 13095, 100 mm (4 ) dia with flanges end v all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge., 6. material and labour in replacement for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 900 x 900 mm deep dimensions (over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. with pcc foundation, pcc block masonry walls, plastering, pcc coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below :- valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications :- (i) cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type d2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150mm thick extended upto 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry. (ii) walls of valve chamber 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks, setting in cm 1:6 complete. (iii) internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with cm 1:4 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. (iv) 50 mm thick coping in pcc 1:3:6 type c1 over block masonry wall. (v) entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coats of white wash.
